No, there are controls for each seat. But each seat is reserved so you can reserve neighboring seats.
No just nice big recliners
In the handicapped area, there are three seaters. Just remember that there is an area for wheelchairs.
Not the last time I went. We had nice big recliners but our arm rests were not movable.

For some of the black loungers you can lift the cup holder/cushion that's between the seats up, ergo making it a "couple seat". These were in the back. Not sure about seats closer up front.
