I think a child should be baptized at the age of 2.
The child must be under the age of 7, godparents must be 18 or over. If they are older then they need religios classes first. If they are under 7 just go to their website laplacita.org and fill out the application in the section for baptisms. Give them a call at the phone number they have listed on their website (or when u search them up) to register a date and time. If u have more specific questions I believe they can answer them if u call.
