No is not, the person getting the car needs to be the same one in the reservation

Your husband has to include you on the rental contact as a secondary driver. Then you can pick the car up

Katera, They only give the car to the owner of the license and the credit card.

I believe you need to know your husband's driver's license number and credit card number they may charge you for being an additional driver
