You don't need one but I strongly recommend one because they get very busy at this location sometimes. I usually go to the Valvoline oil change centers because they literally change the oil while you sit in your car. It takes like 20 mins. Fyi they always try to sell you an air filter, which you can most likely get on Amazon for much less. You might need to watch a YouTube video on how to put it in but it's usually very easy.
