This Ralphs is starting to show it's age. Cleanliness and product expirations are also starting to slip. I've now brought home food that already expired a few times now. I have a feeling that the other Ralphs send their old food here to die.

Would like to thank the night cashier Daun. She is extremely helpful and friendly. She always helps me to make sure I have the right products to get the buy 5 sales or digital coupons etc. If I can't find something she will walk me to where it is. The whole night crew there is great. Thank you guys n gals!

This Ralph's carries a decent selection of items, but they don't remove expired food regularly - a couple months ago, I accidentally purchased a refrigerated, pre-packaged item that had a sell by date over a month old, and today, organic broccoli with a stem that was brown and mushy. Same problem with some of the milk in the past. There's nothing more irritating than getting items home and then realizing they aren't usable. I've complained a couple of times, but both times, the employees I spoke with weren't apologetic at all. Make sure you check the dates before you buy!!

The cashier's customer service is disastrous, they are ladies who at this point of life should be in a nursing home, they do not know how to speak in English and can hardly be understood when they speak, they do not see well and they smell naphthalene. The Manager is friendly and always willing to help. The prices are always wrong, they are not the ones that are in the shelves, when it is time to pay, the price shown on the monitor does not match. For simple purchases, Okay.
