If you tried to fill it online, the pharmacy will contact the doctor for you. Your order will stay pending until they get the approval from your doctor.
You may have to have the Doctor refill renew the prescription, with out having a new appointment.
You might have to see a doctor again to fill out another prescription. Most of your pharmacist won't fill it out if it's been to long. You should call your doctor to check before going to the pharmacy, 90% of the time they will tell you, to see the doctor again before they can fill it out.
