There is a large variety of bulk products including flour and spices.

Their bulk tends to be expired, I have worked here before, They will lie to your face about products. They don't bother cleaning the dispensers, or even replacing the Best by dates on the dispensers. Also, Expect them to lie through their teeth, and be rather insulting if you ask the wrong questions. They may even hang up on you.
They do sell bulk flours and dried fruits. I'm not sure about spices.

Spices I think so. And flowers... they do sell...but not sure about bulk
