When I entered Google Map Costco gas it took me to Novato Costco which was kind of frustrating. That's the reason I posted this review. NO GAS IN NOVATO COSTCO.
No, I think Santa Rosa does sell gas
There is a tire center at the Novato Costco. There's not a gas station there. It's on wetlands.

Not at the Novato Rowland Costco but at the Costco in Sonoma County specifically Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa both those Costco have gas stations.
Novato not yet in planning stage. Rohnert Park costco has a brand new station with diesel pumps
