Are you interested in selling this or giving it away. I would assume you want to sell this invention. If so it is very important to protect yourself. If you were to take your product to let's say some kind of fair and win an award then people would have a very hard time taking it from you or stealing it from you. Please be careful. I would hate it if your hard work never got realize properly.
