Jonathan ive been taking my frenchie there for 7 yrs and i drive from south orange county...yes its always packed...yes it's ols looking inside but Dr. Steven Butchko is the best! He SAVED my dogs eye last yr by doing a very complicated surgery and then fir 2 minths i had to go bi-weekly for check-ups all for $500! This would have cost me THOUSANDS! And just took that same dog last Thursday ( whose 10 ) to have an external and interal growth removed. I recommend Dr.Means for regular visits. Dr. S butchko does sre some dogs in the mornings but mostly does the surgeries. Hope this helps! Oh and ive got 2 othet Frenchies.

Not that I know of. I had a $1400 surgery for my dog and the best they could do was half when dropping him off and the rest 3 days later upon pick-up. My experience here has been great though. Worth every penny.

I have to say my experience is absolutely different than Dorothy Shinpos. Sure ive seen prettier buildings that have been built in the last decade but when it comes to the important stuff the age of the building dosnt matter. Ive seen dogs pee (where does that not happen) and ive seen the staff or the owner clean it up. Ive never noticed a smell there, EVER. If it is standing room only it must suggest people really value the staff, the value, the doctors and the care. Some people are more concerned with "the presentation" than the substance, if you NEED great care for your family Dr Butchko is the man and his office is the place to be!

I seriously doubt it

I can't stand the place it's filthy and stinks. Dogs urinate all over and they don't clean it up. The exam rooms are just as bad there is hardly any place to sit normally it's standing room onlyone. I wouldn't take my dog there for a C-section I would worry about infections to bough the mom and pups.
