4 to 5 hours round trip from road including lunch and sightseeing. It is a Really HOT hike, make sure you have enough water. and bugs are pretty bad in summer also SNAKE season is in full force, you do not want to veer off trail. Last spring someone was bit by rattlesnake. Also, water is drying up quick, probably by dry VERY SOON.

Bummer there was no falls recently. I was there a month ago (mid June) and there was definitely a water fall.

I don't think the falls are running in the summer. Plus, it is a hot hike in the summer. Spring is the best time.
