The America Bowman Restaurant is open from 11:30 am to 9 pm., O'Malley's Lower Pub is open 11:30 am to 1:30 am., O'Malley's Upper Pub is open 7pm to 1:30 am., and Weston Brewing Company is only open to the public on Saturdays if you take the tour at either 1, 3 or 5 pm.
