Great Saturday afternoon enjoying fine beverages, excellent staff and the high quality music of Amanda Hughey and andrew Six.

Took part in the bourbon tasting and brunch. Solid day as we spent hours here. Lots of drink choices, brunch was delicious and mixologists from all over KC for us to sample their signature bourbon mixes using Holladay bourbon (naturally). I hope this becomes an annual tradition - haven’t been this relaxed and enjoyed such a time in quite a few years.

Neat walking tour that led around the well manicured grounds explaining how bourbon was made as well as other brands like their eco-friendly vodka 360. The tour ended with sampling of your choice of their various spirits.

Pretty cool distillery in a charming small town. No chains and no major brands to see! Great tour and a surprising amount to see and earn for a smaller place. Stick around the end of the tour and befriend the guide and you might get a few extra samples. 😀

Starting Monday (6/13) they will be open Monday - Saturday... I know you asked this a week ago but I visited today and just saw your question.
Not sure, im a truck driver that hauls loads from this location.
I'm not 100% sure about this but I would imagine if you fill the barrel correctly you don't need the clock it
Oh, yeah!! Its sanitary
Holladay currently produces their Triple Crown which is a blended whiskey. It's delicious. They haven't released their their full bourbon bottles yet since they are still aging. I believe they're supposed to release it sometime next fall with a big release party. Holladay also has vodkas and other varieties of liquor available for tasting if you tour during the weekday. Weekends, they select your three tastings.
Nope Lots walking and uneven grades
Yes they do.
Yes, they do! Five Farms is made in Ireland but distributed in America by them.
We bought our baby, it was a great experience but i kind of wish we didn't. Most of the tour is riding in the bus or little cart but when you go in the distillery it a couple of steps to the big mixers. Babies get heavy climbing stairs.
