Not free but I believe they still discount for Boy Scout merit badge work. Instruction/training is also available with reservations. Pricing varies by instructor.
Its certainly not free. The costs are posted on their website. I would hate to answer with prices as they may change tomorrow or next month or next year. They are priced reasonably and there are rental packages or discounts for a quantity of prepaid games. You wont be disappointed.
