Im handicap and was made to wait in a long line my wife was psa approved. So when we get to front man made me go to end of line. No handicap relief. Is this policy

That would be a TSA policy, not a San Diego Airport specific policy

If you are talking about TSA pre, then it only works for the person that applied and approved. No adult companion, but child can go with parent with TSA pre throught that lane.
