If you live in San Diego I say leave your car home and call Lyft. If you need a large vehicle for luggage that can be arranged, you can also pre-book a return car when you get back to San Diego. It's cheaper than long term parking. There are several locations around airport that offer long term parking, you need to call and ask their rates. Sorry I am unable to help further
