There is a shuttle that will take you to your next terminal off its not near by. Maybe get in contact with your airlines an they may give you a comp room for free. Yes you an sit there over night if you have an connecting flight with hours from each other. Call for the comp room!
The airport is very small. U can walk to the next terminal or catch a inside airport free shuttle to the next stop. Yes u can sleep in the airport.
