Is there a way that I can weigh my luggage at the airport before going up to the counter? Have 14 suitcases to weigh and no one around me has a scale and don't want to be that person holding up the line.

I have never seen one. I've only flown with Southwest, so that might just be that way for them. Unfortunately, you might just have to weigh your suitcases as the counter. It also might depend on which airline you are flying. Others may do it differently.
