I'll add when you exit the baggage claim areas in either terminal you will use the designated crosswalks to cross the street of main traffic directly outside once you get to the other side you will see the shuttles and there should be plenty of personnel to assist you if need be.

The rental car area is about a 10 minute ride from the terminal. There is a designated area for you to catch the shuttle on level one. Just walk out of the baggage claim area and follow the posted signs

Many people forget the rental car facility is not near the terminal. When you're going back to the rental, search for rental car return on Waze and you should get good directions getting back.
