Business casual is fine. But I've also seen people in button up shirts and shorts.
Just normal attire: shirt/top, bottom (i.e. pants, shorts, skirt, etc.), and shoes. Pretty much any combination of each of those three categories and you should be fine. It's possible that certain special or private events may vary, so check with promoters.
