You can not as a guest take photos or film.
Yes and no. If u do open mic at 7 wed they will let u film if u talk to them before the show starts and only your set. If you are booked to a show, I do believe you get a copy of your set. Also make friends with the sound people. Great bunch. Hope that helped.
