To your question absolutely...Cahuilla Casino has wheelchair accessibility. With enough room for her to comfortably move about this smaller, yet 1of my favorite casino's! Many games to choose from, they welcome you and everyone is friendly ....where they actually call you by your name! It is worth the distance nestled out in Anza...food is great... Better call...medical recline chair would need more area.
Per ADA they have to be wheelchair accessible, but not sure about a medical recline chair specifically. The size and function of the chair might present some difficulty. Though I'm sure they would try their best to accommodate her... I would call the casino directly to ask. Just to be sure :)
