This visit started out ok,than went bad!!!! I had driven in traffic and heat for more than 2 1/2 hours,only to arrive eat something on n a $20.00 food credit,all was fine,until we had paid the difference of $5.00 and change as my companion and I were playing in the slot room my companion was approved by our food server,saying we owed the balance,and it was not payed,as I came out of the restroom ,I immediately went to our food server and assured her the balance was inside the black book,she said I know,I know I thought you didn't pay!!! She never apologized,or even replied excuse for her misunderstanding, I ,we felt awful,we will not be returning to a place that assumed we didn't pay the balance,we soon left,shame on your staff member!!!!

This was my first time coming to and staying at the Cahuilla Casino and Hotel even tho I live nearby in the Coachella Valley. I must say I can kick my own self for not getting out of that dust bowl I live in and coming here sooner! 🙄 The location of the Hotel and Casino is PERFECT with some of the most beautiful and amazing views. I honestly felt like I was in a different state or somewhere far from home when in reality it's less than an hour drive from the desert valley. It was so relaxing and refreshing and I highly recommend it for a getaway vacation spot or to just stop and check out. The Hotel is affordable and worth every penny considering their rooms are very modern, super clean, spacious, with all the basic amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and felt welcomed and happy to help. The staff at the adjoining Restaurant were also just as friendly and served excellent food.😋 The Casino was advertised as being a small Casino but it was actually bigger than I expected with a good variety of games to choose from, even games I've never played before. And yes I would have to agree that they do have loose slots and over the two days being there, we definitely won more than we put in. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE- is that they DON'T have a swimming pool or hot tub but honestly, the views alone and relaxing in such a nice clean comfy room after eating delicious food and winning some money playing slots, who needs a pool to relax or stay cool with that fresh air and perfect weather. I can honestly say this was one of my most satisfying hotel stays ever! 👍🏼👍🏼 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The night shift staff was rude and disrespectful. They have horrible communication skills. Victoria was awesome to us when we arrived. Room is very clean.

My parents and I stayed over for the weekend, and it was a great experience. The hotel room we stayed at was very nice, and the room we booked was very clean. The bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi along with the cable worked pretty well without any problems. Also, the restaurant there was a nice experience. The waiters and waitresses there were kind, and the food was delicious as well. The only problem was the air quality down at the casino, which smelled like smoke, but that's about it. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, and it was a nice place to stay. I hope more people hear more about this place. I'd recommend it. :)

To your question absolutely...Cahuilla Casino has wheelchair accessibility. With enough room for her to comfortably move about this smaller, yet 1of my favorite casino's! Many games to choose from, they welcome you and everyone is friendly ....where they actually call you by your name! It is worth the distance nestled out in Anza...food is great... Yes they are allowed at the restaurant.. buuut it's the innermost part of the casino.. so they are gonna be escorted under very watchful eyes when they are in.

The fact is that they do give birthday free play, but only to players at a certain playing level, so just having the card alone does not give you free play you have to be at a certain level of play

You can stay at the hotel and is very nice place and you can gamble there. Great food and great customer service you would like it there. It's all in one building.

I love the Hotel and Casino! It's a great weekend get away! It is so comfortable. Each room has a microwave, WiFi and the usual amenities. It's not a hugh Casino but it has a variety of slots and I don't know how many machines there are but I don't wait in line. Plenty of table games and hot seat games for tables and slots and drawings. Love it when they call my name.!. The crowd is friendly, mostly casual dress but some dress up. You can dress either way. They have wheel chair access entry and restrooms. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff. You ask for it and they make it happen . What more can you ask for? I have been going there for 7 years and I like it. I've won lots and I have to say I have given a lot back. I think you should check it out. They have a great deal for newcomers. Their restaurant is very good, you will love it.

There is room for motorhome parking, although they are building a hotel currently and much of their parking is filled with contract workers. Not sure on their policy on boondocking. The casino is really small. Like a five minute casino. I've seen bigger at the gas station by the Salton Sea.
I live in camp Anza and I just worry it was one or more of residents in the ' Resort" loosely used. I live in my Motorhome due to lower rent and having My Family in Long Beach is pretty good. Not to far to drive. It is beautiful up here and I take s lot of photos sunsets and sunrises are the best up here. I live the change of colors almost like Wisconsin for me. Prayers to the women that was killed and speedy recovery to the injured. The burned out and flattened seden. You could tell someone died . Thanks for listening.
