Try to get a red rubber catheter and attach it to a 20 cc catheter tip syringe. Advance the end of the catheter beyond the cleft. Then carefully apply pressure to the syringe with milk in it. Stop if the dog starts to cough or choke on the milk. If this doesn't work, you may need to take the dog to a vet., whom can give you the right equipment and show you how to use it.
I have tried and the vet said they cant help....
My opinion only...you should give it up. You cannot cover the dog's medical needs without $$$.
