Not sure about breakfast - except just eat protein. Its a traditional coffee shop. Maybe try broken yolk.
Village Kitchen is an excellent restaurant, I know they have gluten free options...
I don't think they do unless you just stick with eggs,veggies and meat or order a salad with no croutons LOL.. but they probably cook the pancakes on the same Grill they cook the eggs so there's the cross-contamination thing so if you have celiac then I would eat somewhere else
