No early bird hours... Pretty much no high end restaurant has early bird hours, unless you arrange it in advance and it's a big group... But, just for a couple of people, I doubt it... Call and ask... All they can say is no
This is more of a after 4pm dining location as most nicer restaurants typically are.
I don't think so. I've eaten dinner there as early as 4 and paid full price save for Happy Hour items.
