Yes..just ask. They really look after their customers.
I have never asked them but a lot of their food is likely gluten free. Their dosas are wonderful and most dosa recipes call for rice flour. If that doesn't work for you then they have dal and masala vegetables. Check with them. They are very customer service oriented so I am sure they can accommodate your needs.

Yes, They have few dishes gluten free and you can always ask them for gluten free dishes. They will suggest you.(They don't have on menu with gluten free symbol.)
