Anyone had issues with extra charging?

I tried to cancel back in January as i had had surgery. There rep said I had to wait until June which is when i would meet my year commitment on the black card. Otherwise i would need to pay 60 dollars to cancel. But I was just charged 39.99 in February so what's the deal is it June or is it February? I was told in had to meet one year on black card despite being a member at 10 dollar a month for around 5 months.... Planet fitness employee.... I think you are incorrect....
