Every credit profile differs and the final decision of items like interest rate are up the lenders. Many times we see folks who are new-to-credit or credit challenged start out with a higher interest rate but trade into a lower interest rate as they make on time payments and prove credit worthiness. You can get a car, but be careful. They will pair you with exeter finance, who will take your payments and swallow them with interest. They will also add outrageous fees (equal to a dependable used car!) and let you sign without even test driving. I would say go on craigslist honestly
