This is the WORST CAR DEALERSHIP ever !! Juan is the worst salesman EVER - they are crooks ! I came with my own finance company and got approved - all documents were provided and as requested - Then a few weeks later I get a letter from the finance company saying that the lienholder was closing my account because the dealership requested it . I then contacted Juan 3 days after having the car and advised that the truck was shaking - he tells me it’s no big deal and to get the tires checked - I got the tires checked and then now today it’s still shaking - Juan has lied throughout the entire car sale deal - He also has lied and he said that my income was too little based on what the bank said AFTER ME ALREADY HAVING AN APPROVAL-(btw I got my loan documents signed -received my loan documents in the mail from the lender and ALL)- I contacted the bank and was advised that the dealership was lying and that the dealership requested my loan be closed out - In the meantime I STILL have not received my new tag - the temporary tag is expired and they are refusing to give me a new tag and threatening to withhold my down payment I gave if I don’t sign with the new loan company today !! Don’t spend you money at this dealership - Juan and the staff are very unprofessional—ALL I WANT IS MY DOWNPAYMENT BACK !! Give me the down payment back -So I can take my business elsewhere
