I'm a disabled 49 year old grandmother in need of help. I can't afford to buy those high priced clothes at your local store and longer and would like to know if you are able to help my family?

Local officials don't have the authority. I agree your best bet is to find a local church or a Salvation Army they will help you or give you a voucher for a store or a goodwill to use

I hope that you get the help you need. I understand they are for profit organization, but call their corporate office, you have nothing to lose. In my opinion a local church, The Salvation Army ,American Red Cross, would be your best options.
