Yes they are pet friendly
When we stayed there 2 months ago, people were there with dogs.
When we visited we meet a couple that had dogs in there room. They where not service dog's. So i would assume yes to pet friendly unless they snuck them in.
If it is a service animal then I believe they are required to be "pet friendly" as their normal animal policy would not be in effect.
