Yes I had to get a new phone from them every other month for the last year. I swear they are giving me defective phones. And most of the staff is very rude when I ask simple questions. The one in Willow Grove Mall is worse.
Depends on why it stopped working. And yes Apple care is a key part of that. If it's your fault, I believe they will replace your product, but for a reduced cost. Again, not sure. I'm not an Apple employee. I just listen to them talk when I'm in the store. Best thing to do would be to call Apple Support and ask them these questions instead of relying on random non-Apple strangers on the internet

Yes especially if you have apple care they will, if it’s a malfunction, they have to give u a new one or fix that one
