100% sure but also wouldnt have done anything if this comment bar wasnt here the second I hung up. Hopefully at least someone reads at the store and can address the issue with employees.
Customer service is typically not super at Superstores. Sadly thats the cost of lower prices.
Could have been a lost connection... but if you are 100 percent sure, you should escalate this issue.
