Despite being Hispanic and not knowing any Spanish, the woman I spoke to was friendly and patient, and she even apologized to me as she was bombarded with phone calls. To be fair, I was there during opening hours when the coffee is fresh in their system, and the customers have yet to murder their souls. I've only been here twice, both a positive experience, fortunately.
I’m very sorry you expierenced this at our office,that being said when our system is down our staff can’t process any work. I hope this was the case, because our staff really strives to give our customers an excellent customer service.
