Hialeah Gardens Auto Tag Agency accepts cash only at the momment.
They have an ATM at the end to the right (if you're facing the cashier) to remind you that you're not as cool as you think you are with your debit card and Apple/Android Pay. I don't remember the fee, but it's not as brutal as you would expect. Credit cards, of course, won't work to withdraw money.
