Have never had a problem with this shop, so if one day i went in & things were not normal or there was a problem, They would not lose my business, things happen, Equipment breaks. And since the past 3 yrs have been great i would take it with a grain of salt. "AND PEPPER"
Iam sorry about this . Our electric slicer's transformer burnt up right before lunch today and our new spare one ,it turned out, required an attachment that was needed. The one they had sent was the wrong size which we didn't expect.The seller made a mistake. I had to go to Chicago to buy one . It is equipment specific and cannot be found locally. They had to slice the gyro by hand to fulfill orders.that explains why it was dry. It wasn't something that we anticipated. Please forgive us for that unfortunate incident. We try hard to do the best job possible. If you send me information on what you ordered, I will gladly replace your meal. Thank you,
No, same owner it's always had. Service has been a bit lackluster lately but they are still good
