Never had a problem with anyone on this DG. Remember retail workers are human and have bad days. Especially during the holiday season when a shockingly large number of customers get extra rude.
They're always cordial to me
I've used Braidwood as well as the other two near by quite a lot and I've never had it happen to me ,nor seen it happen to others,I can say sadly,I've seen customers not only be rude,but throw things at the workers ,and curse.I agree that employees in retail are not only over worked by usually have no assistance.Hopefully this was A Isolated issue.Plwase rember everyone has a bad day,be it those working in retail or the customers
