3 days ago I was at walmart and needed help in the fabric department. I waited more than 45 minutes, I spoke with 5 people, they called by microphone 3 times for them to attend me and nobody came. Do you think that is good customer service ??????

Definitely not but remember that you are in Walmart and not in a fine and more expensive boutique ,,,,
