We're here at 6:20 PM and it's pitch black. What time the lights supposed to be on?

Thanks for your response, but at that time there wasn't any light at anywhere except the bathrooms.

Hi ! usually the public toilet closes at 8:00 and the lights turn off at 10:00. unfortunately the lights are present only on the tennis court and after dark it’s not possible to be on the playground
