No carlos when one takes the license is to buy it is not married until a ceremony is given and put a cuno at the end of the ceremony. The cuno that they put to the paper after the ceremony is the one that you design that you are already married in the paper I design it this paper is not valid until you have your cuno. And that goes on after the ceremony.

If ... they are legally married from the moment of the ceremony, regardless of whether it was in the church, a lawyer or in the same agency, they grant permission to marry.
