Why do you all advertise to go when you don't even offer to go technically? It takes 45 mins or more just to get a to go order! And no this isn't a one time issue. I've had this problem with this location 1 too many times.

It's a terrible place...you wait even longer to eat in, so, technically that is their to go time...I'm grateful all Chili's aren't like that. But, it only takes one location and one bad experience to never want to go to any others...sorry you're having that issue

They made be a tad slow but their customer service is awesome, I'm just tired of the same menu, they can mix it up a little

The best result to get is go on twitter and complain hashtag it and they will respond back .. Talked to them and got a free dinner anytime for my experience.. They gone be just taco bell closed with all them complaints..
