It comes down to one key difference in ingredients and the machine used to make the frozen dessert. Both ice cream and FrozenCustard are made with milk, cream and sugar. The additional ingredient that gives FrozenCustard it's creamy texture is pasturized egg yolk
Well I asked at Culver's and was told only the basics.... Vanilla, milk, eggs and no nuts.
