The place has parking. They charge for parking. The good thing is. You take your parking ticket as you purchase stuff and food, They stamp the ticket. That what adds free parking time. You have to give then the ticket to have it stamp as you purchase. Them as you exit show it, to deduct parking charge time.
The village parking lot is pretty cheap if you go around shopping. Some stores can stamp your ticket and ours was only 4$
If you want to park close, you can also park at the Little Tokyo Mall for $9.
Search with your phone, "find parking near Japanese Village Plaza" there is an adjacent parking structure to the village but since I didn't drive Google Maps will tell you.
The village parking is good if you will be remaining in that local vicinity. If you are planning to explore the surrounding areas, Office Depot parking or street parking off 1st or 3rd work well too.
Parking garage right across the street
There is a parking garage next door
The village parking garage .
I agree with office depot parking ,
Do you mean Office Depot? No Home Depot near by
Near by there is a home depot or at the mall, pay parking
