This is not a hospital but an urgent care center, with medical offices upstairs. There is no overnight or ER here. I have had great experiences here using the urgent care. Usually the wait has been around an hour, I've waited up to 2.5 hours on busy days. So no, you do not need an appointment.

No appt is needed and close at 10 but you cant just show up at 945 and expect to be seen, according to what I was told by the urgent care staff every walk in patient takes a 15 min appt slot so that means that if you show up at 845 pm and there are 5 people still waiting to be seen you will be turned away.

Agree completely with above comment, no appointments are for emergency only, do not show up with out one otherwise, you'll be there all day.
