Owner was very friendly. Ready to answer all the questions. Cool place. Fruit quality was good. Probably you never tested such sweet fruits. If you stay around 95134, its good option for you. Seasonal veggies are available here. Not sure about the pricing. Didn't compared. Most people prefer this for organic fruits and veggies. They have combo offers as well. Opposite to Cadence building. Entrance issued from Montague Express Way. I pick Strawberry, Watermelon, Cantaloupe regularly from here. Opens at noon till 5 or 6 pm. I think closed on tuesday.

They are only closed on Tuesdays, but have closed for the winter season. They usually reopen around May.
