I would like to know how a grocery store could have the most unhelpful, unfriendly and rude manager - at least I believe she is a manager at food max Watsonville at 8:30 Nov 18. Embarrasing! the rest of the staff is generally pretty good

I don't know. I have never met the manager. The employees I have interacted with were overworked but helpful.
