2 bedroom units come with both 1 and 2 bathrooms with and without laundry in "manor". Price is determined also by square footage and age of unit. Prices range from $300k up to over a million depending on those factors as well as if the manor has been updated and remodeled. I was not happy with Rossmoor Reality. There are plenty of other realtors. We used at Karen Carnegie at Executive Realtors in Walnut Creek who we were very happy with. Good luck.
