My father left side is paralysed since 2013 dec. Can it be treated. He is able to move his left leg but not with that power. Also his left arm does not have much movement. I stay in India, kindly guide for the treatment.

If you are in India then don't go there.Go to your nearest Apollo hospital where you will get a even more good treatment.
