The price is good for the quality of the food.
"Expensive" is very subjective. It's more expensive than a gas station, but not the Russian Tea Room. For Charleston, WV, the prices fit the quality of food.
They're not bad about the same as everywhere else in downtown Charleston. My wife and I can eat there for $30 and that's with leaving a tip.
Not really. On par with IHOP but 100 times better.
